Opinion of the Court

ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Appellants, Winwood Nine, Inc., Salo-mon Yuken, and Rosa Yuken, seek review of the trial court’s Final Judgment of Foreclosure. Based upon our independent review of the record and I.Y. Administrative Services Corp.’s proper confession of error, we reverse the trial court’s summary judgment and Final Judgment of Foreclosure and remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
