ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Appellee concedes that Appellants have demonstrated reversible error in relation to the trial court’s order dated October 25, 2012. Accordingly, we reverse the October 25, 2012 “Final Judgment of Foreclosure” and remand'for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
