PER CURIAM.

Finding respondent’s concession of error to be well taken, the order setting the case for trial is quashed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings. See Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.440(a) (providing that an action is at issue after any motions directed to the last pleading served have been disposed of).
