ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Dmitri Chevaldine appeals the trial court’s entry of a preliminary injunction. Based on the appellees R.K./FL MANAGEMENT, INC., etc., et al.’s confession of error, we reverse and remand with di*61rections to vacate the preliminary injunction entered against Chevaldine only.

Reversed and remanded.
