ON MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION

PER CURIAM.

We. grant appellants’ motion for clarification filed June 25, 2013. In light of the reversal of the final judgment in Case No. 4D12-1881, the judgment awarding attorneys’ fees and costs, appealed in Case No. 4D12-2589, is also reversed and remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings.
