PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of certiorari is DENIED. See Travelers Indemnity Co. v. Fields, 262 So.2d 222 (Fla. 1st DCA 1972). Petitioner’s motion for stay and respondent’s motion to dismiss are denied as moot.
