Nextgen Restoration, Inc., appeals an order dismissing its complaint against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Because Citizens Property Insurance Corporation has conceded that reversal is proper and we agree, we reverse the order on appeal and remand for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
