CONFESSION OF ERROR

On appellees’ proper confession of error, see Sunshine State Ins. Co. v. Munoz-Upton, 127 So.3d 822 (Fla. 3d DCA 2013), we reverse the order on appeal and remand for an appropriate order transferring venue by the court below.

Reversed.
