Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the issues raised in this appeal, but we remand for the circuit court to enter a written order restoring Michael Gotti to competency, nunc pro tunc to the date the court orally found him competent. Gotti need not be present for this ministerial proceeding.
