ON REMAND FROM THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT
Pursuant to Atwell v. State, 197 So.3d 1040 (Fla. 2016), we reverse the order denying appellant’s postconviction motion in this case and remand for resentencing consistent with the supreme court’s decision.
Reversed and remanded.
