ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Nationstar Mortgage, LLC’s Concession of Error, we reverse the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
