M.S. v. State Department of Children & Families
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 3, 2017 · Damoorgian, Gross, Taylor
212 So. 3d 395; 2017 Fla. App. LEXIS 2898 (Southern Reporter, Third Series)

M.S. v. State Department of Children & Families

Opinion of the Court

Per Curiam.

Appellant' appeals separate orders terminating his parental rights as to A.S. (Case No. 16-3905) and M.S. (Case No. 16-3906). We have consolidated these appeals for all purposes. Based on appellees’ confessions of error, we reverse the final orders terminating the appellant’s parental rights and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with the best interest of the children.

Reversed and Remanded.

Gross, Taylor and Damoorgian, JJ., concur.
