Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 31, 2017 · Bilbrey, Osterhaus, Thomas
213 So. 3d 1126; 2017 WL 1201897; 2017 Fla. App. LEXIS 4478 (Southern Reporter, Third Series)

R & S Excavation, Inc. v. Eddleman

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Because the petition fails to demonstrate the requisite “irreparable harm” not remediable on postjudgment appeal, the petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See F.T.M.I. Operator, *1127LLC v. Limith, 140 So.3d 1065, 1066 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014).
