This appeal is dismissed as from nonappealable nonfinal orders. To the extent that the December 6, 2017, order attached to the notice of appeal may be reviewable under this court's appellate jurisdiction over nonfinal orders or by certiorari, the appeal is dismissed as untimely filed. The motions incorporated in the appellant's response to this court's order to show cause are denied as moot.
