Petitioner's petition for writ of mandamus is denied without prejudice to any right petitioner might have to request counsel in the lower tribunal. See Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.850(f)(7) ; Graham v. State, 372 So. 2d 1363 (Fla. 1979).
