Respondent, Roberta Sue Casselberry's motion for attorney's fees is remanded to the trial court for determination as to Respondent's entitlement and the amount of attorney's fees.

Insofar as Respondent's motion for attorney's fees also requests an award of costs, the request for costs is denied without prejudice to file an appropriate request in the trial court in accordance with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.400(a).
