(Orders, ECF Nos. 60, 67.) Defendants Department of Corrections and Assistant Warden Herin have been terminated from this case. (ECF Nos. 15, 39.) The Court now enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff Mazzard Brandon McMillan and against Defendant Patrick Riggins, as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58.
The Court directs the Clerk to close this case.
