O R D E R

THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Report and Recommendation (Dkt. No. 24; Report), entered by the Honorable Monte C. Richardson, United States Magistrate Judge, on May 10, 2022. In the Report, Judge Richardson recommends that Plaintiff’s Motion and Memorandum in Support of Default Judgment Against Defendant Craig Stevens, Jr. (Dkt. No. 16) be denied without prejudice. See Report at 3. No objections to the Report have been filed, and the time for doing so has now passed. The Court “may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the finding or recommendations by the magistrate judge.”

(b). If no specific objections to findings of facts are filed, the district court is not required to conduct a de novo review of those findings. See Garvey v. Vaughn,

Upon independent review of the file and for the reasons stated in the Magistrate Judge’s Report, the Court will accept and adopt the legal and factual conclusions recommended by the Magistrate Judge. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED: 1. The Report and Recommendation (Dkt. No. 24) is ADOPTED as the opinion of the Court. 2. Plaintiff's Motion and Memorandum in Support of Default Judgment Against Defendant Craig Stevens, Jr. (Dkt. No. 16) is DENIED without prejudice to refiling at the appropriate time.
