United States v. Collado
Trial Court Opinion
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA ORLANDO DIVISION
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
Plaintiff,
v. Case No. 6:23-cv-1191-RBD-DCI
JOSE COLLADO; and BETSY COLLADO,
Defendants. ____________________________________
ORDER Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment. (Doc. 16 (“Motion”).) On referral, U.S. Magistrate Judge Daniel C. Irick entered a Report and Recommendation stating that the Court should grant the Motion. (Doc. 20 (“R&R”).)
