PER CURIAM.

The opinion and judgment of this Court dated June 5, 1953 is withdrawn and the order of the lower court granting a new trial is hereby affirmed on the authority of Gulf Coast Title Co. v. Walters, 125 Fla. 427, 170 So. 130; Wilson-Otwell & Cone, Inc. v. Ritch, 93 Fla. 698, 112 So. 547.
