Certiorari is granted and the order of the lower court of October 13, 1954 in the above cause is quashed on authority of the opinion in Osceola Groves, Inc. v. Wiley, Fla., 78 So.2d 700, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, this day filed, with directions for further proceedings in accordance with the views expressed in that opinion.
