PER CURIAM.

Reversed under the authority of Pensacola & A. R. Co. v. Anderson, 26 Fla. 425, 8 So. 127; Bucki v. Seitz, 39 Fla. 55, 21 So. 576; and Sec. 54.23, Fla. Stat. 1955 F.S.A.; and the cause remanded with directions to enter judgment on the verdict in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 59.04, Fla. Stat. 1955, F.S.A.

It is so ordered.
