Pence v. Pence

Dissenting Opinion

ROBERTS, Justice

(dissenting).

I would reverse with directions to enter a decree of divorce. It is obvious to me that the marriage is done for. See language in McGee v. McGee, 149 Fla. 31, 5 So.2d 49. This states my views about such situations as we have here.

DREW, J., concurs.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed.

TERRELL, C. J., and THOMAS, THORNAL and O’CONNELL, JJ., concur. HOBSON, ROBERTS and DREW, JJ., dissent.
