This cause came on again to be heard upon the return of the respondent to the writ of habeas corpus issued by this court 20 January 1959 and the court now being fully advised and convinced that the relator is properly in custody of the respondent under valid sentences imposed in the Criminal Court of Record of Hillsborough County, Florida,

It is, therefore, ordered that the writ of habeas corpus be discharged.
