The order of the District Court of Appeal, Third District, dismissing the petitioner’s appeal to that court in the instant cause is quashed, 114 So.2d 447 and the cause remanded with directions to reinstate the appeal, under the authority of Seaboard Airline Ry. Co. v. Holt, Fla.1955, 80 So. 2d 354.
