PER CURIAM.

Writ of habeas corpus having heretofore issued and return having been filed and this cause coming on far final disposition, and it now appearing that the writ of habeas corpus was improvidently issued, the writ of habeas corpus heretofore issued is discharged and the cause dismissed.

It is so ordered.
