Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date 23 December 1965. After oral argument and consideration of the petition, the record and briefs, we conclude that the petition should be denied.

The petition for fees also is denied.
