Austin Ford, Inc. v. Cunningham

Supreme Court of Florida
Austin Ford, Inc. v. Cunningham, 198 So. 2d 829 (Fla. 1967)
1967 Fla. LEXIS 3896
Connell, Drew, Roberts, Thomas, Thornal

Austin Ford, Inc. v. Cunningham

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of certiorari reflected probable jurisdiction in this court so we issued the writ. However, after hearing argument and considering further the briefs and record we have determined that the writ was improvidently issued. Therefore the writ heretofore issued is discharged and the petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed.

It is so ordered.

THORNAL, C. J., and THOMAS, ROBERTS, DREW and O’CONNELL, JJ., concur.
