The Alternative Writ having been issued and it appearing from consideration of respondent’s return that there are no criminal cases against petitioner pending in the County and Circuit Courts of Okaloosa County, it is ordered that the Writ heretofore issued be discharged and the Petition for Writ of Mandamus is hereby dismissed.
