PER CURIAM.

Certiorari is granted without oral argument. The decision of the District Court of Appeal, Second District, 250 So.2d 11, is quashed and the cause is remanded for reconsideration in light of this Court’s opinion in Stecher v. Pomeroy, 253 So.2d 421 (Fla. 1971).

It is so ordered.
