PER'CURIAM.

The Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Industrial Relations Commission is denied and the opinion rendered by said Commission is hereby affirmed. See Scholastics Systems, Inc., et al. v. LeLoup et al, Fla., 307 So.2d 166 (opinion filed October 24, 1974, now pending on Petition for *758Rehearing). Floriland Farms, Inc. v. Peterman, 131 So.2d 477 (Fla. 1961).
