1979 Fla. LEXIS 4782
Adkins, Alderman, Boyd, England, Hatchett, Overton, Sundberg

Florida Board of Bar Examiners

Opinion of the Court

The Petition for Waiver of Article IV, Section 21(b) of the Rules of the Supreme Court Relating to Admission to the Bar is hereby granted.

ADKINS, BOYD and ALDERMAN, JJ., concur. OVERTON, J., concurs with an opinion. ENGLAND, C. J., and SUNDBERG and HATCHETT, JJ., dissent.

Concurring Opinion

OVERTON, Justice,

concurring.

Although I did not participate as a member of the panel in three recent decisions of this Court which granted waiver of article IV, section 21(b), of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Florida Relating to Admissions to the Bar, I believe I am bound by those decisions because of the similarity of the facts in this case. I am therefore voting to grant the petition for waiver of the rule.
