PER CURIAM.

This cause having heretofore been submitted to the Court on Petition for Writ of Certiorari, it is ordered that the Petition for Writ of Certiorari is denied. The order consolidating this case with Case No. 55,021, filed on November 17, 1978, 374 So.2d 476, is hereby vacated.
