Opinion of the Court

The Order of this Court dated September 26, 1980, 392 So.2d 1375, Fla., is hereby vacated and the Motion to Dismiss filed by the attorneys for Appellees is granted and it is ordered that the appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed.
