McDONALD, Justice.

Perez v. Maule Industries, Inc., 411 So.2d 960 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982), is quashed as being in conflict with Gulfstream Land & Development Co. v. Wilkerson, 420 So.2d 587 (Fla. 1982).

It is so ordered.
