Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We granted the petition to review the present case, In the Interest of H.D., 443 So.2d 410 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984), on the basis of express and direct conflict with S.L.W. v. State, 445 So.2d 586 (Fla. 1st DCA 1983). We approve H.D. in accordance with our holding today in State v. S.L.W., 465 So.2d 1231 (Fla. 1985).

It is so ordered.
