PER CURIAM.

The decision under review, Stickney v. Board of Regents, No. 92-3059 (Fla. 1st DCA Sept. 30, 1992) (order), is quashed and the case remanded for further proceedings-consistent with Alfonso v. Department of Environmental Regulation, 616 So.2d 44 (Fla. 1993).

It is so ordered.
