Respondent’s Motion for Rehearing is granted and the Order of this Court dated October 29, 1993, 632 So.2d 1016, is hereby vacated.

The petitioner in the above cause has filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, and the same having been duly considered, it is ordered that said Petition be and the same is hereby denied.
