PER CURIAM.

Henry I. Bristol petitions this Court for habeas corpus, which we treat as a request for writ of mandamus. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(8), Fla. Const. The petition is *72denied on the authority of Griffin v. Singletary, 638 So.2d 500 (Fla. 1994).
