PER CURIAM.

Richard Mosley petitions this Court for writ of mandamus. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(8), Fla. Const. The petition is denied on the authority of Griffin v. Singletary, 638 So.2d 500 (Fla. 1994).
