Tinker v. Singletary

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Stephen Tinker petitions this Court for rehearing in our prior denial of his petition for habeas corpus. We treat this as a new request for writ of mandamus in response to the issues raised in Griffin v. Singletary, 638 So.2d 500 (Fla. 1994). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(8), Fla. Const. The petition is denied on the authority of Griffin.

It is so ordered.
