St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. v. Shure

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We accepted jurisdiction to review St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. v. Shure, 647 So.2d 877 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994), in order to resolve what appeared to be a conflict. However, on closer examination, we find that review was improvidently granted and accordingly dismiss the petition.

It is so ordered.

GRIMES, C.J., and OVERTON, SHAW, KOGAN, HARDING, WELLS and ANSTEAD, JJ., concur.

NO MOTION FOR REHEARING WILL BE ALLOWED.
