Americana Dutch Hotel v. McWilliams

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We initially accepted jurisdiction of Americana Dutch Hotel v. McWilliams, 733 So.2d 536 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999), based on conflict with Acker v. City of Clearwater, 755 So.2d 651 (Fla. 1st DCA 1998), approved, 755 So.2d 597 (Fla. 1999). Upon further consideration, we find that review was improvidently granted. Accordingly, this review proceeding is dismissed.

It is so ordered.

WELLS, C.J., and SHAW, HARDING, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, LEWIS, and QUINCE, JJ., concur.
