Isom v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We initially accepted review in Isom v. State, 750 So.2d 734 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000), based on an alleged express and direct conflict with the First District’s decision in Daniels v. State, 593 So.2d 312 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). Upon closer examination, however, we find that jurisdiction was improvidently granted in this case. Therefore, we dismiss review of this cause.

It is so ordered.

WELLS, C.J, and SHAW, HARDING, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, LEWIS, and QUINCE, JJ., concur.
