Supreme Court of Florida · Decided November 1, 2001 · Anstead, Harding, Lewis, Pariente, Quince, Shaw, Wells
800 So. 2d 225; 2001 Fla. LEXIS 2206; 2001 WL 1338124 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Strahan v. Gauldin

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We initially accepted review of the decision of the district court of appeal in Strahan v. Gauldin, 756 So.2d 158 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000), based on express and direct conflict with another decision. See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. Upon further consideration, we find that review was improvidently granted. Accordingly, this review proceeding is dismissed.

It is so ordered.

WELLS, C.J., and SHAW, HARDING, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE, LEWIS, and QUINCE, JJ., concur.
