The Joint Stipulation to Extend Probation is approved and the probationary period *632imposed against M.T.M. in Florida Board of Bar Examiners Re: M.T.M. , Case No. SC17-1161, is extended until March 27, 2023, under the existing terms and conditions with the change in the testing requirement and the addition of weekly attendance at an attorney support meeting and AA meetings, effective immediately.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation.
