Blair v. Redwine

Blair v. Redwine
Georgia Court of Appeals · Decided December 16, 1919 · Smith
24 Ga. App. 623; 101 S.E. 753; 1919 Ga. App. LEXIS 971

Blair v. Redwine

Opinion of the Court

Smith, J.

There was evidence to support the verdict in this case, the charge of the court was more favorable to the contentions of the plaintiff in error than to those of the defendant in error, and a careful consideration of the special grounds of the motion for a new trial fails to disclose any reversible error. The court therefore did not err in overruling the motion for a new trial.

Judgment affirmed.

Jerilcins, P. J., and Stephens, J,, concur.
