Carswell v. State
Carswell v. State
28 Ga. App. 624; 112 S.E. 652; 1922 Ga. App. LEXIS 729
Carswell v. State
Opinion of the Court
A direct bill of exceptions will not lie to a judgment overruling a plea in abatement in a criminal case. Dismissed.
