Opinion of the Court

Luke, J.

The evidence in this ease wholly fails to show the conversion of the specific property sued for, and furthermore under the evidence the case falls within the rule announced in Spikes v. Sassnett, 19 Ga. App. 479 (91 S. E. 789), and' case cited. It was error for the court to overrule the defendants’ motion for a new trial.

Judgment reversed.
