Stafford v. State

Opinion of the Court

Luke, J.

The evidence relied upon by the State to connect the defendants with the offense charged is wholly circumstantial and does not exclude every reasonable hypothesis save that of the guilt of the defendants.

Judgment reversed.

Broyles, O. J., and Bloodworth, J., concur. O. Ñ. King, W. E. & W. G. Mann, for plaintiffs in error. J. M. Lang, solicitor-general, contra.
